What it is called matters

The Bengali aashirbaad is a blessing ceremony, not an engagement, and is hosted separately by each family. The Punjabi roka and the Gujarati gol dhana mark the families agreeing rather than the couple exchanging rings. A Tamil nichayathartham fixes the wedding date formally.

These are not interchangeable words and getting them wrong on the card is noticed. Tell us which one it actually is and we will set it correctly.

When to send it

Two to three weeks ahead is normal — engagement lists are short and mostly family, and the event is usually already known about informally.

If the engagement and the wedding are being invited together, we set them as two cards in one video so the guest sees both dates in one message.

How much does an engagement invitation video cost?
From ₹3,100. Both designs can be delivered same-day or within 24 hours, and neither charges the artwork setup again if you return for a matching wedding invitation.
Can one card invite the engagement and the wedding?
Yes — two cards inside one video, so the guest gets both dates in a single message. The second event is ₹1,000.
Do you make aashirbaad and roka cards specifically?
Yes, and we set the correct term rather than translating everything to "engagement". An aashirbaad, a roka, a gol dhana and a nichayathartham are four different things and the card should say which one it is.
How soon before the event should we send it?
Two to three weeks is normal for an engagement — the list is short and mostly family who already know it is happening.
