Revisions
You can provide feedback and request limited revisions until you are satisfied. Our 100% customer satisfaction policy warrants some revisions until you are delighted. Our customer satisfaction guarantee and free amendments are valid for 15 days from the order’s finalisation date. In all cases, we cannot offer ANY REFUNDS.
You May Cancel Before We Begin
If you decide not to use our services, no worries! You can cancel your order anytime before we start and receive a full refund.
However, after receiving the initial drafts, you can request limited revisions to ensure your invites align with your vision and ideas. While we cannot offer refunds after the first draft is presented, our commitment to your satisfaction remains.
Unforeseen Circumstances May Come-Up
If unexpected possibilities prevent us from completing your work as promised, we will prioritise making things right. You’ll receive a credit note towards a future service, ensuring a positive outcome even in unexpected situations.
